⚖️ Sold by live weight: Fish, ducks, and chickens are weighed before processing. You may also order the duck whole; in that case, no weight will be deducted.

🔪✅ Duck Processing System

Our ducks are processed at home in a clean, hygienic, and safe manner:

1. Live weighing: Each duck is weighed according to its live weight.
2. Halal slaughter: Slaughtered according to Shariah guidelines.
3. Hot-water dressing: Hot water is used to remove the feathers easily and reduce odor.
4. Fine feather removal and flame singeing: Small remaining feathers are removed, turmeric is applied, and the duck is lightly singed over a flame to eliminate excess odor.
5. Family-size cutting: The duck is cut into family-friendly portions.
6. Removal of inedible parts: Feathers, intestines, and other unsuitable parts are removed.

➡️ Therefore, the final package contains no intestines or unnecessary parts by weight.

🦆 Our ducks are collected from village markets. They are not farm-raised or commercially bred ducks. Therefore, you can enjoy their authentic and full flavor, Insha’Allah.
